Cancellation Policy:
If you are a tour participant, 48-hour advanced notice is required for a refund minus a 12.5% service fee. If you have reserved a full, private tour (you/your guests only), 7-day advanced notice is required for a refund minus a 12.5% service fee.
- If your cancellation request is made within a 3-day period before your reservation date, all fees paid are non-refundable but we will issue you a credit to use in the amount of your order that you may use for up to a year.
- If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled trip departure, no refund fees will be provided.
- If Group parties cancel within 7 days of your scheduled trip departure, 50% of trip fees will be provided. If Group parties cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled trip departure, no refund fees will be provided
- No shows are responsible for 100% of trip fees.
What CAN be Refunded:
- Some tours may require a minimum number of travelers to operate. The affected traveler will be fully refunded or may choose a similar tour product as a substitute. Should this occur, it would be under very rare circumstances because we try our best to accommodate travelers.
- Please note that the product substitute chosen by the traveler may be more expensive than the original product and therefore may be subject to an additional cost.
What CANNOT be Refunded:
- No refund will be given for any portions of the tour unused by the traveler after tour departure regardless of circumstances.
